Question for the ladies

My wife (58) and I (M61) use larger toys regularly. We’ve done so for many years and many reasons. First she’s post menopausal so they keep her vagina flexible. Second I have some age related medical issues and am not as dynamic as I once was. Third she is absolutely hot and orgasms powerfully.
