Musty Tenga Spinner

Unfortunately my new tenga spinner did not fully dry when I put it away, so now i need to try and clean it. I had a similar problem happen with a fleshlight quickshot and I ended up cleaning it with aunti-bacterial soap letting it soak in rubbing alcohol for a couple of days. I’m wanting to do the same with the spinner, but want a second opinion before I do it because it’s a different material. Is it safe to use these products on it?
