So I was very excited to try out the toys from lovense with my partner and the Lush 3 looked like a lot of fun for foreplay, and some activities with my wife. So I decided to pull the trigger and order it. The shipping was very fast and discreet. I ordered through thier website and when I opened the package I realized I received the wrong product.
I received the ferri. Which is a more inexpensive item, is not instertable, and shares some of the same functions but its not what I ordered. So I opened a support ticket and have yet to hear anything back from them.
So I hop on reddit and see a couple posts where this has happened to others in the past and they have received some help. Any tips? Advice? Anyone else have to deal with this situation and know the fastest way to get ahold of the lovense team?
