Repairing a toy with hot glue gun?

I bought this squirting dildo but the urethra tube in the middle like slides out and can be sharp /rough/ unpleasant... I was thinking of using hot glue gun to try to affix it in place maybe by pushing it in with a pen or a straw anyone have any suggestions thanks!!
