Does anyone know where I can find a harness like this?

So I'm looking to find a head harness that has both a ring gag and a blindfold attached. I'd also like the blindfold to have some sort of demeaning text on it. Of course every good toy needs to be belittled a bit.
Does anyone know where i could purchase or commission such a thing?
