I have tried many methods with douches and shower enemas but almost always after I do that I haven’t expelled all the water and when I start playing with my toys (dildos, plugs, vibrators) there is almost always dirty water coming out. The way in which I have found more success is from eating a lot of fibre the day I want to do anal play and the day before. I like almonds and apples and most of the times there are no accidents but you have to get great timing to go to the toilet before playing. Please help me find a consistent way to clean myself because I love anal but I hate cleaning after and the smell so if I get rid of that I will do anal every day.
