Hi there I'm a 28-year-old gay guy and I've been thinking of buying myself a new dildo.
My current dildo is an 8 inch PVC (I know, I know!) dildo with a 5 inch circumference, realistic pattern, balls and a suction cup. The actual insertable length is 6.5 inches which I've managed to reach, though very rarely I'll go that deep.
As mentioned above, it's made of PVC. At the time I didn't know any better as it was my first toy so I've decided to go with silicone. I don't get as intense sensations as I used to, I think I've stretched myself out overtime, and have decided to go for something a bit girthier.
The dildo I've chosen is an 8 inch (7.5 inch insertable) realistic silicone dildo with a 5.5 inch circumference and a suction cup from Lovehoney. Unfortunately it has no balls but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to take. It looks gorgeous but I'm a little concerned about the size.
Some of the reviewers have stated that the dildo is actually much longer at 9 inches and the insertable length is 8. While that does excite me a little, I'm more concerned about actual storage space. My current dildo already looks comically large.
I'm also wondering if half an inch in girth is a bit of a leap or if it should be fine. As long as I use enough lube, it's quite easy to get my butt to cooperate, at least nowadays. When I first bought my dildo I did struggle a bit.
It's currently on sale and I have a discount code so there's a bit of an incentive to buy it, but thought I'd run it by some people first.

Would greatly appreciate any input.
Edit: Scratch that, I missed the sale. 😩
