(UK) smaller sleeves to be used inside specially-modified plushies?

Hi all,
As is evident from the title, I am into plushies and have a few that have been modified with sewn openings for toys. The openings are not large, and a lot of the sleeves I've found are massively thick and/or require the use of a case, which makes them way too big to fit in there. I am of average size and just want something small and easy to fit that feels amazing. Budget is not a problem. All help appreciated.
