Got a Finger Fun Stimulator - how to use self

Silly question I'm sure. But I saw and bought a Finger Fun Stimulator. It says "Can be used on him or her, solo or together." So my question as a single solo guy is, what do I do with it?
It looks like a rubber thimble with like nobbly bits.
