Hi, I thought I might write a little review of both parties from this weekend. It was my first time in Berlin for work and never been in my life to a s party.

Friday 24th: gegen 14th birthday

I arrived at 10 PM and there was no queue. The woman at the entrance asked if I knew about the event and if I had a picture of my outfit. Inside, there was a small area to change. The first thing I noticed was that many women were dressed lighter than I was.

The pool area was quite crowded, but the main floor wasn’t. The other rooms were still closed. At 11 PM and midnight, they gradually opened them, and the crowd started filling up. By 1 AM, all the rooms were packed.

Overall, it was an amazing night. Many people wore sneakers, and the club is huge. I didn’t even realize there was a room under the pool. I didn’t notice any ‘play’, it was more dancing. The atmosphere was great, and the music was good, even though I’m not into techno/house. The crowd seemed to be mostly in their 20s and early 30s, with a bit more from the gay community.

The only downsides for me were the cigarette smoke and, after a few hours, the music became overwhelming.

Insomnia 25th: circus bizarre :

It was the birthday party of the organizer. I arrived around 11 PM, dressed more ‘lightly’ than the night before. Immediately, I noticed that the women were dressed more elegantly. The crowd was slightly older than at kitkat. The downstairs area was open but calm in the beginning, while the main floor was packed with people dancing. Around midnight, they put on a little show, then the party continued. It wasn’t until 1 AM that I noticed the balcony. Out of curiosity, I decided to check it out, and that’s when I realized that’s where all the action was happening.

Overall, it was another great night. I’d read in other reviews that it could sometimes feel empty, but here, it was well-packed, and the vibe was lovely.

Throughout both nights, I had no issues, everyone was respectful, and I didn’t see any solo wankers.
