I need help with my partner of 14 years she is not as involved/engaged as I would like . If I didn't push the issue to have sex it would not ever happen.

I'm having the hardest time with trying new things experimenting new ways, ideas, and even initiating sex or something new . For years she would just do I directed but would not direct nothing in return. I finally got a little response from her and can get her squirting which she loves but then that's as far as I have gotten in 14 years . That's not enough for me I want to experience the unknown and keep things exciting and new but it just starts to move to dole again and again. Ground hog day should I say. Any advice please
