I want to start an Alt twitter or only fans (not for money) and my show face, but work in business

So I want to start practicing sex positivity and one of the things that makes me feel confident and liberated is when I see twitter accounts that started off with face blurred or masked then eventually showed face and where owning there sexuality completely.
Has anyone had experience doing this? Maybe I would not have face in twitter preview but on the few only fans?
