as for why how I found out, I logged into my instagram account and what should pop up but a notice that says: an unidentified iPhone logged into your account located in *location not mine but is where she lives*

as you'll Read on my intro post, she stalked and harassed me for nearly 9 months before finally reporting. She kept calling me over and over even though, my lawyer said to just block her number (this lawyer was repacked recently as you can read in the comment section of my intro) I again thought if I reported her I would get no help and I would be the one in trouble. Then she found my moms phone number and sent her a very harassing text, threatening her that she had a video of me molesting her child and that she would gather a bunch of her friends to prosecute me. (again please go to the intro for more information about that said video which btw turns out there is quite possibly of it being tampered with due to differences of statements about those who saw it in regards to what's in it) after my lawyer spoke with her at length the next month my mom got another harassing text demanding that my lawyer speak with her because my mom did not. My lawyer SAID he told her to fuck off, (his words) a couple months after that he told me everything was going to be fine and to move on. but then several months later I was arrested.

so with that Im not sure if filing a police report of her continued stalking/harassment would help any, I dont know if she would be arrested for what she is doing. But I don't want to not listen to my attorney. I do have two people who are willing to come with me to file it and talk with the police. since I would be in hysterics.
