So not sure where to start, but basically I started with my PO and she was a little tough...she required three check ins a month plus a physical home check up at random. Though she is very respectful and always honored our set appointments etc... Well after I passed my polygraph I was put on maintenance and I was told I would be transferred to a new PO. They said congrats you only have to report once a month with a one home visit to see if you are home by curfew etc....

I also got to cut my therapy sessions in half and eventually to once a month as well. This was my reward for doing everything that was asked of me

Well this new PO said they would still require me to report three times a month etc....plus a home visit. And no set appointments, my po will call me out of the blue and I had to pick up or return my POs call within 45 mins or I would be in violation etc....

Well I have had no issues at all, I have paid all fines, completed my community service, and have done all assignments for my SOTP. But my PO is treating me like I am out there doing bad things. My PO is showing up at my apartment twice a week even on Sundays mornings to see if I am home. And now my PO showed up at my group therapy and in front of everyone asked to look at my phone. And in front of everyone my PO stood there and went through my phone for half hour reading all text messages and looking through photos etc... No problem there I have nothing to hide........and of course nothing was found.

Now my PO is asking me to do two UAs a week.....does not care that I have to pay for them.........and I must email and text when I took it etc...

Does this seem normal? I only have 7 months left on probation and I feel as though my PO is trying to bust me to either extend my probation or have me thrown in jail.......
