Should Canaan Have Kept His Feelings To Himself?

Post Body

From experience, entering into a romance with a coworker can make for some very long and awkward days if things don't end well. Beyond that, there's a lot more at stake when good friends give it a shot, especially if it doesn't work out.

In this case, Whitney's already moved out as a result of it. Even if Kim and Whitney had (or do early s3- I honestly can't see Whit at Kappa) a heart-to-heart and Whitney'd given her blessing, it's still going to be uncomfortable/awkward at times moving forward.

Things at Sips could be a train wreck with Lila stuck in the middle of it. While I think that could make for some absolutely hilarious Lila moments yelling at them to get over it, it'd suck to see the 3's dynamic ruined going forward.

Lastly though, Canaan and Kim had a really good friendship. There were enough close similarities yet drastic differences to make it feel authentic but still be entertaining for us.

So, knowing there's a lot more than just him and Kim involved, should Canaan have just kept his crush to himself??? I think he had every right to let her know, but I've seen several people say otherwise. No wrong answers btw.
