Best VR option for videos currently?

I think I'd prefer something standalone if possible without needing to connect to a PC. Any recommendations on the best vr options for videos?
If the ones that connect to pc are that much better I may have to consider it but just not sure which would even let me view videos. May end up with a few other applications for it but have to see what I end up wanting. Any suggestions on ones to look at?
