Why do certain fantasies linger for so long?

I've had the same fantasy forever. Can't seem to shake it. I know it won't happen yet part of my brain forever craves it. I envision a girl inviting my over to perform oral on her. While she sits on my face a man sneaks in the room and forces himself on me taking advantage of the fact I'm pinned by the girl. This is actually the first time I have ever mentioned this.
