Hey all well starting day 24 and well feeling stressed as i have never been as open to people as i was yesterday on here and i feel some may have felt uneasy reading it.

I would like to join a zoom group call and i know i don't need the camera on but i would feel just as uneasy having it off then on i have always found it harder to talk than to write i when i write i feel easer but speaking is hard for me that's why i like the sub as i can write what my addiction is what it has done to me and how much i hate me and need to win a battle to start loving myself again i want to do 60 days no porn then i will feel happy in my self
