Hello i want to just do a post about ME TIME. ( healthy me time )
Last night i was having a strained time i was moody tired and just not very good in tears a bit and well that's coz i was not getting my hit of porn and reward ( dopamine) so i looked at what makes me happy what can give me that little bit of reward my brain was needing so i had a nice hot bath a glass of gin and bit of comfort food and a good program and i just chilled we all need to be good to our self's and take the bad days at what they are days and just look after our self's
Sunday 3rd will be two full weeks and the bath was my reward
