Need help with therapy

Hi everyone,
I am looking for options to start therapy and prefer to do more in person sessions at least to start. When I look up therapist that specialize in sex addiction they are so expensive?? $150 an hour is what I’ve been seeing. Is there any other options for this? I do have health insurance but don’t know that I can find someone that specializes in this through there
