I have no access to good mental health care in this tiny country I have no money to pay for online therapy and I have no idea how to join a SAA group online. I tried once and was the only one in the meeting. I have to do something, I’m listening to things on youtube and learning about it but I need support because I have so much guilt shame and anger inside and just reading about other people like me doesn’t help. I’m only 22, I’ve been like this since I was 9, I’m tired of nobody giving a damn, I’ve been called really nasty names since I can remember and I’ve just recently stopped believing them. My head is going through a lot right now, please help. Can you recommend some groups I can join for GMT time, I’d really like to have a sponsor someday. Thanks for reading!
