I'm working on making myself a crossbody belt bag, since even with my men's size pockets, I'd sometimes like to carry around a book, or some snacks, such that even the deep pockets the mainstream fashion industry awards me on account of my gender cannot accomodate.
Unfortunately, I'm still a bit inexperienced with sewing, combined with terrible ADHD, resulting in an enormous mistake: I've sewn the side panels on upside down. I unfortunately don't have the tools (or patience) to rip this seam without destroying the rest of the project (and I'm not sure itd be possible even if I did, with how messy my inexperienced seams are) so I'll need to start over. I have plenty of supplies, so this isn't an issue, however, I hate to waste material, especially in this age of fabric waste, so I don't want to throw it in the trash. I'd prefer to either repurpose it or find a way to recycle it. I'm not sure how to do either of those things. Has anyone got any ideas?

Ouch, might as well name me next time 😆😆😆

You're just being told that seam ripping is part of learning to sew. That's all. Your project is fixable, messy seams and all, if you take the time to do it.
