Myles had watched the vaguest hint of light crest the horizon before immediatly shifting his bag over his shoulder and heaving it up the Merman's palace. He hummed a happy tune thewhole way, much to the annoyance of the servants. He made his way up multiple staircases and eventually came to the door he saught out. It creaked open slowly for a moment before Myles stepped in.
With great caution, he edged towards the bed where Karl slept, and then tossed a bag atop him. The bag let out a wild array of metal clangs and landed atop the boy with a bit of force.
"It's morning, Karl, and you're late. The fish won't catch themselves you know!" The knight made no effort to whisper or even hush his voice.
