So, Iām a 33year old mother of three. Going to school and working full time, I own my own home and am completely independent.
I met my 41 year old bf 3 months ago. He was working and choosing to live homeless in his van 3 hours away in another state. I can respect the sacrifices he chooses to make to save up to buy a house in the country with cash. Well he decided to quite his sales job to try to get his CDL, so he had to wait 30 days to get the THC out of his system(itās been pretty much 2 months since he smoked last)ā¦ now his van pretty much broke down in front of my house and now heās been living with me for the past 3 weeksā¦ he has been diagnosed with a hernia and just realized the CDL classes he signed up for in Texas he wouldnāt have transportation to and fromā¦ he would be staying with his narcissistic and mentally abusive motherā¦ so now he is stuck waiting for the next CDL class which they have no date for and living in my own without incomeā¦
I know he is not in the best place mentally, heās stressed and depressed, but I have let men live off me before I just canāt do it againš. So how do I say from a place of love and support that the choices of quitting his job before he had CDL school lined up and not waiting to quite his sales job was a horrible and impulsive ideaā¦ I need to set boundaries and not let him roll over on me againā¦ please help me find the right words to useš„ guy
Edit: so he says he has applied for a few fast food jobs. He wants to go Amish and Iām about to drop him off in Amish country a few hours awayā¦ thatās near his other gf(we are polyamorous). She can deal with the aftermath of that I guessš¤·āāļø.
I am going to give him notice to vacate if he doesnāt leave willingly tonightā¦ fingers crossed he agrees without a fightš
