What’s your guys opinion on a well older lady having the best section in a restaurant but can’t handle the tables she has. She constantly has our bussers and even hosts drop drinks for her. I get that she’s been there a long time but I feel like if you can’t handle a certain section you should be moved to what you can handle. She gives out free stuff to her “regulars” and when other people serve on them they tip like shit because we don’t give them free shit lol. She throws a fit to management whenever she’s not in “her section” I just think it’s ridiculous because she feels so entitled to something she can’t handle.
