Hey, how do you guys eat healthy and on a schedule?

I have such a hard time eating with friends or with my family because my eating schedule is completely off. It’s like, noon, 4pm, and midnight ☠️. I don’t feel hungry until I’m starving and then I overeat. I get nauseous when I eat at the wrong time and a shift at a different time changes when I can eat and I just feel all messed up :(

What tips do you have for healthy eating?
