We're almost done with the controlled chaos the Holiday Season brings. How is everyone doing out there? Hopefully making lots of money and finishing the year strong. I feel like I've been in the weeds every shift since last Thursday, but being in fine dining, my guests don't seem to notice or seem to mind. They mostly want to relax and not feel rushed anyway.

I've only had 1 rude guest this entire month and it happened last week. She and her husband were the first to arrive for a party in of our private rooms and in the middle of my intro, she interrupts me to ask if we can turn the air up because it was too cold in her opinion. *eyeroll*
