Context. The owner is consistently drunk. All our servers are terrible, except one. And the only other bartender (yes, it was just me and her left because the others quit) stumbles out the restaurant every night absolutely wasted.
I spoke with my friend, the good server, that was working that night. She said the guy that left the review was 100% in the right. And the owner literally fell over as he was approaching the guy.
The place is a shitshow, the onwer is 60 but acts like hes 14 and has zero customer service skills, clearly. So glad to be done with it. No longer in the service industry but will still lurk lol.
