Genuinely have food poisoning, manager won’t let me call off.

I’m so stressed out and in pain but I don’t know what to do, I was asked to find cover but no one can and I’m scared to call back and say no one can cover because I don’t want to lose my job either does anyone have any advice??
Edit: A different manager answered my call and said he got me covered, I’m so fucking thankful thank you everyone who commented I’ve been so stressed out I don’t know why my GM is difficult sometimes but thank you everyone
