Guest sent back food for being cold out of the window, then sent back replacement for being "too fast".

Our gm was running expo last night and I got to see this unfold in real time. Server brought steak bites back that were "too cold", so the gm grabbed an order that just came up to send out and had the kitchen start a remake. Standard procedure. 1 minute later the server comes back with the guests claiming we "just sent out the same ones again" I had watched the old ones get tossed. GM was livid and said they weren't getting remade again.
Fun times.
