I’m a month into a new job, and something almost unbelievable happened today.

Two of my coworkers got into an argument, and one of them came into the bar and complained.

Another coworker who was hanging out next to the bar said, “This is why we don’t have black people at the front”. Another coworker agreed, and a third said that it was ghetto ( the argument ).

I obviously want to report this, that’s so insane to me that anyone would feel comfortable to say that at work but now I’m just questioning what do I do? Will it be taken seriously? I’ve never had this happen before, what do I do, what will happen???

Edit: talked to my managers, apparently the people spoken about have had this problem before :( so it’s being investigated
