Everything came at once. Within 1.5 hrs I had 9 tables at the same time. We were extremely busy and one thing after another.
Edit - this is my very first server position. Been here since August 2021
There was a mistake on a bill, then, One table asked for their check, another need spoon for thier dessert, another table needed their check, there were drinks at the bar that needed to be run, another table needed their check. Everything just hit me at once.
For those several minutes I dont even remember breathing.
Two guests lost their patience and flagged my manager about me.
To my defense having 9 tables at once was way too much.
Tell me if this makes sense: 120 covers 5 servers 1 food runner 1 busser 1 Manager on the floor
