It's largely that I feel lost and useless due to, what I consider to be, inadequate training. Somehow my supervisor felt the need to have me shadow a man that is also fairly new at the job. He taught me many things incorrectly, didn't show me complete processes, and generally spoke to me like I was a piece of garbage.
There was some job shuffling, now I've inherited his area, along with almost all of his unfinished jobs. There are so many issues that I don't know how to handle. Every time I try to mention to my supervisor that I am not doing well, he says that I, in fact, have received really great training and I know a lot. This... this just isn't true, and I am not sure why he's negating every thing I say on the matter.
Who do I go to/what do I say to get my point across? This is my first corporate job and I don't have a great grasp about how to navigate myself here. I've already become "that guy" who's always negative and in a bad mood. I need help, and I'm scared anything I say now will come out wrong and just make things worse for me.
