how to deal with entertainers, i would like to become a faciltator

so in an business there are people who would like to use entertainment, visa help others no way and access the user and use themself. so in turn they aren’t helping users and playing themselves. How can i if am entertainer, or rather a peddler i wouldn’t take pleasure yet know it would help others, into z facilitator a person who is a helping another and others and also having to help themselves and knowing the would use the product. Any suggestions? or am i crazy. Help all needed, thanks!
