SoundCloud playlists and My FX

So I’ve been trying to contact serato through email and no one wants to get back to me and I have a gig coming up. My SoundCloud songs won’t appear in their playlists just as all so it takes awhile to find songs for the certain event and it won’t let me make a playlist on serato even tho I have dj pro. Also my FX won’t work can someone help me out asap!!!
