Recovery: Sleeping sitting up?

Post Body

I'm waiting on my surgery date for septo/turbinoplasty, and I understand after the surgery you're meant to sleep sitting up for the first few days/week. I have neck and back issues, so typically am a side sleeper witha jelly bean pillow for support.

I know sleep will likely be minimal anyway, but I don't have any setup currently to aid in upright sleeping. What did everyone else do for a sleep setup??
