Hi there! I’m getting my septoplasty surgery on the 28th, and i have a few questions. (Also- please be blunt with me on your experience with the good, the bad, & the ugly.. i can take it!)

1. What items did you have that made recovery more helpful or what do you suggest
2. What was the hardest or most painful part for you
3. Are you glad you got the surgery
4. Did you have stents or packing
5. What food do you suggest eating afterwards
6. What do you wish you knew before the surgery or wish someone would’ve told you to be aware of to prepare you
7. How much pain were you in on scale from 0-10 with 0 being least amount of pain
8. How was sleeping?
9. What kind of pain medication did they give you and how long did you have to use it for?
10. What was the easiest part for you?
11. Did your nose change at all?
12. Did you get black eyes? How long did it take to go into public?

Bonus Points if you’re a nursing Mother while getting the surgery with any advice 🙃
