I’m new here, and new at sephora! I just got hired as a beauty advisor a few days ago.
I’ve read a lot of interesting and helpful posts on here, and am hoping that y’all will offer me (and maybe others reading!) some advice about how to be successful.
What are your hard earned lessons from working at sephora as a BA (or as something else)? What are your secret tips and tricks? What essential beauty topics should I study up on? What key skills should I practice? Etcetera!
