Has NARS changed their formula? Or was it bad stock?

I’ve purchased NARS foundation from Sephora about two times now . It’s the sheer glow foundation. The first time I purchased it everything was fine but when I ran out and got more at my local Sephora it started seeming like the foundation looked Cakey after a bit and started making me break out. Nothing changed to my routine at all. Could this just have been bad stock from that store or does anyone know if the formula changed? Because I feel like if the formula changed a Sephora employees would’v let me know as they have for some of my other products in the past.
