Six months since emigrating to the North, Senntisten is happy to announce it is opening its borders

Today, the people of the New Senntisten Empire take great pride in unveiling our empire to the general public of CivCraft. After leaving our livelihoods in the city of Old Senntisten and starting anew in the barren north, the people of New Senntisten spent many months preparing for our civilization to be public. The Empire of New Senntisten is led by Seldomshock, with four ministers that handle general operation of the government. The government is declared a constitutional monarchy, and the Ministers work with the monarch to do the following things. Evocat0r is the Minister of Defense, coltguy97 is the Minister of Diplomacy, cradragon is the Minister of Internal Affairs and hlprimm is the Minister of Economics. More information on the constitution can be found in the sidebar on the Senntisten subreddit. Today we wish to demonstrate the product of our efforts to everyone on Civcraft starting with a description of each of our hubs of civilization:

New Senntisten:

The center of growth for the empire, and home of its nether factory. Built into the side of a mountain in an Ice Mountains biome, and featuring heavy dwarvish architecture. The center of the city also contains the great Iron Forge, one of the 8 wonders of CivCraft. It is the population center of the empire, and features rails that connect it to the furthest reaches.

Fort Ghorrock:

The first foothold of the Senntisten people in the north. Originally founded before the mass exodus, Fort Ghorrock was the anchor point for the empire’s growth in the north. Today, it remains as a sign of security in the empire.

Colony of Skrongden:

Skrongden is the hub of economic development for the Senntisten empire, pioneering the establishment of an XP business in October 2014, followed by gaining a foothold in enchanted armor market in November, and creating the empire’s first bastion factory in February 2015. The island houses 7 residents, hlprimm (founder of Skrongden and SkrongProt, Minister of Economics), eggpankakes (civcraft claim map creator), jackp, dat1mex, introoo, breaking__badger (SkrongProt business partner), and FlyingFrenchFry, all who strive to make Skrongden an exceptionally beautiful yet defensible Spanish villa/Mexican hacienda style island. Skrongden was originally established as the private island residence of hlprimm in September 2014 shortly after the exodus of the Senntisten people to the northern quadrant. The island was chosen for its strategic location for XP production and extremely small land area.

Minas Senntisten:

A personal project of Emperor Seldomshock based on Minas Tirith from the Lord of The Rings. Originally built in a 2 week period, but was decided “not grand enough”, so a second version two times as big was built right over top in a similar 2 week period. While recently built, and lacking in citizens, it was layers of opportunity, and possibility for growth which new citizens will guide in the future.

Watchtower District:a

While not necessarily a city, it is more an open expanse of farming, and production. It contains just the right biomes for nearly all xp recipes, and more. It contains just the right atmosphere for both eager entrepreneurs, and quiet hermits. The centerpiece is “The Watchtower”, by far the largest building for thousands of blocks, which connects to the scattered farms, and to other cities in the empire.

OUR FUTURE

We are now open to taking in new residents, forging diplomatic and economic ties with cities across the map, and recruiting merchants to find an opportunity to experience our newfound wealth of our newly established marketplace. Our vision is to further strengthen our existing international ties and establishing New Senntisten as the premier hub of commerce and travel in the north.
