Good people. 33 days in and looking to kick it up a notch. I am in need of suggestions based on experience. Whats an example of a balanced- healthy, SR friendly meal one could consistently partake in if they practice OMAD? I dont eat beef but I do eat chicken, eggs, and fish. I want to make sure im getting necessary micros so that i can stay in shape. Any help is greatly appreciated. (P.s. idk if this is the type of post that gets deleted but id really appreciate if it wasn’t.
