Does anybody get exhausted from trying to convince even ONE single person about this?
Post Body

Men and women alike that I've talked to—friends, internet strangers—they're all unanimous in their disagreement with me. It's always the same talking points: "it may work for you, but everyone's body is different"; "where are your scientifically-backed sources?"; "I just have a higher libido"; "it's normal and healthy to sexually explore"...

I have found maybe ONE person open-minded enough to believe and consider what I'm saying. And how is it not enough that I feel it? How is that not enough of a source? My own body, physically and mentally, is enhanced in every aspect—a total turnaround. The words are pouring out of me. Before this practice, it would've been like writing an essay I had no passion for. I'd struggle to even get a single sentence or two just the way I like it. My experience is enough, and I've had enough mishaps and missteps on this journey that have taught me just how detrimental ANY amount of lust or masturbation can be, whether you release or not.

I'm just so exhausted to find that no one will listen. This is so important. This is the key to perhaps changing the world for the better, if only it were more commonly accepted...
