You know for a very long time my size was my insecurity like ALOT of dudes have. I watched the PHUB since i was 11-21 years old and wow did it mess me up mentally.

What i did to help my insecurity is i made my self better. I read alot of things in regards to NOFAP online and i read books. I read alot of powerful people would abstain from sexual pleasure. I thought it was crazy but i gave it a shot and i changed my self in a positive way Finacially and Mentally. I have a great career making over 100k a year with no college degree. When i was 22 i went a whole year without sex or beat my meat. In that year I deactivated all my social accounts. I focused on my self and not about my penis size or sex. Yes it was super hard but i told myself now wasnt the time.

When i was 21/22 i learned about Semen Retention and just 2 months before i turned 23 i got that job that i went from making 38k a year working at Amazon to making 103k my first year in the business (Sales Industry) with out a college degree. I am happy with myself mentally. I am not afraid of meeting new people, before i would get nervous to meet new people. In sales ive met all kinds of people from different professions. It crazy how a 23 year old (me) can help someone like a lawyer or surgeon make a decision.

Im 25 years old now. I know I’m def not the biggest but I’m happy with my size and my self!

If you feel stuck in life and your beating your meat/having sex often. I'd suggest you try it out for a year. What is there to lose if you try it to better yourself? If it doesn't work. Atleast you tried.
