Aplified emotions

So I’ve heard that even negative emotions get amplified while one retention. Today i was close to relapsing over a stressful ssfull situation. So i am studying abroad and literarily surviving on doing tattoos. So i ran out of supplies and have several appointments for the week. I was supposed to get my package today but i got a notification that my adress was incorrect and that it might get returned to sender. My emotions went threw the roof after i was frustrated using the ups app trying to change the adress and failing . But the level of stress was so intense i just want to punch something after i did some breathing i was surprised at how intense my emotions where . I mange to get through it, point is becarefull when you get into stressful situations and maintain your composure. Also im on day 50 and have recently been thinking alot about my past and hoe much i have changed . I am also starting to feel lonely. Even though i have been comfortable before being alone and not felt lonely at all . Has this happened with anyone else?

Thanks for your insight i guess there is some intimacy issues i have to work on since it always seems i hace been avoiding a relationship . I always try to look for some fault in the women or some excuse to stop talking with her. Ive been famous for ghosting women after my last relationship
