This is a post about my experience as of 31 days. I will cover the physical and spiritual benefits that I have acquired/noticed.

Physical Benefits
- Eyes are much larger in width and height, they are more full of life force and energy. It's as if I can gaze into anyone and see what kind of person they are, or what mood they're in, or both at the same time. People can't hold eye contact with me, though this is something I know and try not to intimidate people as it is very easy to do so. I am a kind person, but I am not foolish -- I am wise, I assert myself when necessary, and when I do so, the power and energy within manifests itself, it is as if I have a vast reservoir of energy that continues to grow exponentially at a daily rate.

- Less sleep required. It seems as if I have so much energy within me, that sleep, or really what it is is simply the body recovering and going through growth and processes, which requires energy, seems to be more efficient and since I have so much energy in me, I can sleep less hours and still wake up energized.

- Working out. Working out is no problem and I do not become fatigued in anyway shape or form. In fact, the ocean of energy turns into an ocean of fire. The energy within becomes engulfed with the flame of spirit, and I conquer anything that comes in my way. For example, I went to the gym the other day, and on that same day I also had martial arts class. I went to the gym and did my workout, after, I went to martial arts class right after (the time I went to the gym was 6:00, left around 6:45, which was pretty early, but nonetheless -- my class started at 7:00, so the times lined up perfectly.), and when we do warmups, we do warmups. These are intense exercises and workouts, (to get a good idea, we do shaolin kung fu exercises -- have you ever seen shaolin monks train? Look it up.) So, considering my muscles were sore, I still had a lot of energy to use. In fact, upon going to class, I felt more relaxed and at ease, sort like a flow state. Perhaps this had to do with already exercising and using energy, and still having tons of energy in me to remedy the workout I had just done -- who knows, all that matters is that is manifested itself.

Spiritual Benefits
Okay, this is the good stuff, the stuff that really matters. Let's get into it.

- God-like Discipline, Willpower and Focus is my very being.

My discipline and willpower has strengthened a TRILLION-FOLD. I am always focused on my mission and goal, and my willpower goes hand to hand with this focused discipline. They work together, like perfect agents working in harmony, complementing each other for the purpose and under control of myself, my goal, and my mission.

I do not get distracted. That word has no meaning to me. What is that word? It's such a foreign concept at this point.

When I have a normal everyday task to do, such as clean my room for example, I have sheer will and I will focus with this will and I cannot stop until my goal is accomplished. I am bred to succeed. This applies to every task or particular thing to do that I may have.

Also, I don't live in paradigms, mental concepts, societal consensus', or things of that nature. What I mean by that is I watch the lost crowd as if they were brainless sheep. They're so patterned in the way of their thinking, they don't know anything other than that perception of reality. They think that's what it is because that's all they know, and so lacking any form of intelligence, they cannot break free of this mental concept because they don't even know they're living in one. A good example would be looking at any middle school or high school, just look at how everyone behaves. People follow one another left and right, trying to gain popularity or be validated -- it's a mental conditioning .. to think "you are", what you are not. Of course, you can play this game as long as you know it's a conditioning .. and be a leader amongst men.

But if you have this power, which is your birthright, and if everyone knew this great knowledge and practiced it, we would have a wonderful world. Each and every person would express their uniqueness and individuality.

There's no better or worse in this playground of life; we are spiritual beings, not the human aspect, but we've forgotten that. In the greatness of the Universe, there are those who think such a majestic place is not holy, but those are the ones who's eyes are shut .. all you need to do is open them.
