Any tips on overcoming a plateau?

I have been on Wegovy since May and have lost about 35 pounds (216-182). However, for the past month, I have been hovering between 180 and 183 and I don't know what to do. I am trying to walk more and be more active. Any tips would be appreciated!
Would drinking more water help? I already eat around 1200 calories or so, should I reduce? I am hoping to lose another 20-30 pounds and have 5 months of coverage left so really hoping to maximize the progress!
