I took my first shot Wednesday and have lost 5 pounds so far, BUT it is heavily due to me throwing up two days straight every hour/30 mins! I was miserable. I’m feeling better now but I’m going to wait until Friday to do my second injection because I missed a day of work so I will have the weekend to recover if I take it Friday. I will also try to anew injection site.

My appetite is pretty much gone, and food noise is at 0. That’s been the hardest part! I love food and not being able to enjoy food and eat when I’m craving something is a lot harder than I thought. But I guess that’s just showing me the kind of relationship I had with food.
