Hiking
Post Body
I’ve always been an avid hiker. Some as short as 3 miles up to 14. All different levels. Just trying to do as many as I possibly can. Since I got on Semaglutide I obviously don’t eat nearly as much and I feel like I have no energy on hikes. Ones that used to seem easy to me are now difficult and exhausting. Does anyone have recommendations for something I can eat beforehand that won’t make my stomach upset but will give me the energy I need?
