What I Eat….

My eating day looks like this everyday, and seems to be working, down almost 15 lbs in 4.5 weeks. The sema makes it so much easier to eat healthy, I’ve tried diets before but it was never this easy!

7am Atkins coffee protein shake

10am eat an Apple

12pm small lunch, like ham sandwich and mixed nuts.

3:30pm small bowl of mixed fruits, grapes, strawberries…

6pm dinner, a burger or grilled chicken & vegetable or just about anything for dinner just smaller portions.

Edited to add I also drink at least 80oz of water a day.
