Restarting after gallstones

Hey y’all! I was on Wegovy from 3/23-1/24 until I developed gallbladder attacks and gallstones. As soon as my symptoms began, I was instructed to stop taking Wegovy. I had my gallbladder removed at the end of February, but am still struggling with stomach sensitivities. I tried restarting at the .25 dose last week, and was incredibly sick for days. Has anyone else restarted the medication after gallbladder removal? I lost 60 lbs from March to the end of 2023 and was feeling so great. I’ve gained back 30 and it’s such a terrible feeling.
